Contrast therapy in San Antonio.

Both ends of the temperature in one room: infrared sauna on one side, cold plunge on the other, and a loop you can repeat.

Sauna and plunge An amenity, not treatment Start My Comeback

What It Is

Hot on one side. Cold on the other.

The contrast therapy room puts an infrared sauna and a cold plunge a few steps apart, so you do not have to pick one.

Contrast therapy just means going back and forth. Heat, then cold, then heat again, for as many rounds as you feel like doing. We are not going to make health claims about it. It is the room patients name when they talk about what they look forward to.

You are the one who never leaves anything half finished. This is the rare thing that ends whenever you decide it does.

Questions, Answered

Contrast therapy, honestly.

It is an amenity, and we would rather say so than oversell it. Hot and cold is not the reason you get better here. Your evaluation and your plan are. The room exists because patients use it every week and tell us it is their favorite part of coming in.

As many as you want, and there is no scoreboard. Start with one round of each and see how you feel. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have any medical reason to be careful with heat or cold, ask your physician before you use the room.

Recovery room amenities are not billed as physical therapy. Ask a Client Success Coordinator how access works, or call us at (210) 750-9004 and we will explain the whole thing before you book anything.
