Halo One in San Antonio.

Halotherapy in the recovery room: fine dry salt in the air, low light, and a room built for sitting still.

Dry salt air An amenity, not treatment Start My Comeback

What It Is

Salt air, indoors.

Halo One is halotherapy, sometimes called dry salt therapy. A device disperses a fine salt aerosol into the air of the room, and you sit in it and breathe normally.

There is nothing to do. You sit, the room is quiet, the air has a faint mineral edge to it, and that is the session. It is an amenity in our recovery room. We are not going to tell you what it does for your body, because we are not going to make a claim we cannot stand behind.

You are the one who never sits down. A stretch of doing nothing is the part of the week you will end up defending.

Questions, Answered

Halo One, honestly.

It is an amenity. Sitting in a salt room is not the reason you get better here, and we are not going to sell it as though it were. Your evaluation and your plan with a Doctor of Physical Therapy are what change things. The room is here because people enjoy it.

We are not going to make that claim. Halotherapy is dispersed dry salt in the air of a quiet room, and that is all we will tell you it is. If you have a respiratory condition, asthma included, ask your physician before you use it.

Recovery room amenities are not billed as physical therapy. Ask a Client Success Coordinator how access works, or call us at (210) 750-9004 and we will explain the whole thing before you book anything.
