Overlapping schedules. A tech running the exercise half. Documentation at home. The slow realization that you are being paid for volume, not for thinking.

Revival is built the other way around. We are out of network on purpose, and that choice is what pays for the full one-on-one hour. Your patient gets you, start to finish, every visit.

That is not a perk we advertise to patients and quietly abandon on the schedule. It is the entire business model.

Who you would be working with

• Seven treating clinicians, every one of them a Doctor of Physical Therapy
• Two therapists with a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy (FAAOMPT)
• Board certification in orthopedics (OCS) on staff
• A clinic that teaches continuing education to other clinicians, including a Personalized Blood Flow Restriction certification course
• An on-site recovery suite: cold plunge, infrared sauna, contrast therapy, red light, Normatec compression
• Client Success Coordinators who handle the front of house, so you are not doing it between patients

If you like being the least experienced person in the room, this is a good room to be in.

For the therapist role, we care more about how you think than what letters you already have. Mentorship and continuing education are part of the job here, not something you beg for.

For the coordinator role, we are looking for someone who is genuinely good with people on the worst day of their week. The clinical team is only as good as the experience wrapped around it.
