Personal training in San Antonio.

One-on-one strength work programmed inside a physical therapy clinic, for the body you actually have.

One-on-one Built around your history Start My Comeback

What It Is

Training that knows your history.

Personal training here is one-on-one strength work with a program written for you: what you are training for, what you are coming back from, and what your joints will tolerate today.

The difference is the address. This is a physical therapy clinic, and the building is full of Doctors of Physical Therapy, so nothing in your program pretends the shoulder you tore years ago never happened. This is where Prevent stops being a phase and starts being a habit.

You are not starting from zero. You are starting from a body with a history, and most programs get written as though history does not exist.

Who Trains Here

Who ends up on the gym floor.

Finishing rehab is not the finish line. Strength you do not keep is strength you get to lose all over again.

Why People Stay For It

Four reasons people stay for this.

A program that respects the old injury.

Coaching on every rep, not a printout.

Progress you can see week to week.

The strength that makes Prevent real.

Questions, Answered

Personal training, no mystery.

No, and the distinction matters. Physical therapy is an evaluation, a diagnosis and a plan with an endpoint. Training is coaching toward a goal. If something hurts in a way that is not ordinary training soreness, we will tell you to get it looked at before we load it.

Yes. You do not need a sport. Stairs, grandkids, a long shift on your feet and a body that used to bounce back faster are all perfectly good reasons to get stronger, and the program gets written for that.

No. Training is not a medical service and it is not billed like one. Physical therapy is different: there we are a preferred out-of-network provider, we are not contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield, we do not accept Medicare patients, and we verify your exact benefits before your first visit at no charge.
