Client Success Coordinator

Kendra is a Client Success Coordinator at Revival. She is not a physical therapist and she does not treat patients.

She grew up in Mission, Texas, in the middle of everything: mariachi, band, track. She liked being on a team and she liked being pushed. That has not changed.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and she is working toward a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Working here is part of that: she gets to learn alongside seven of them.

What she is like to deal with

What Kendra says she loves most about patient care is that everybody arrives with a different story, and that the story is useful. It is what the goals get built around.

Which is a generous way of describing a job that is mostly logistics. When you call, someone answers. When you ask what this is going to cost, you get a straight answer instead of a shrug. When you need to move an appointment, you move it.

Our coordinators are also the reason your therapist can give you a full hour. Nobody on the clinical floor is juggling a phone and a schedule while you are on the table.

What she takes care of

• Scheduling, rescheduling, and getting new patients on the books
• New patient paperwork before your first visit
• Insurance and out-of-network questions, including your benefits check
• Help getting into the patient portal
• Passing your questions to the right person on the clinical team

Outside the clinic

Hiking, crafting, reading, hunting down new coffee shops, road trips. She also volunteers with Kinetic Kids, helping children get to play adaptive sports.
