Growing up in Orlando, Florida, Selah developed a love for movement at an early age. She began dancing when she was just two years old and spent many years training in a variety of dance styles. Through dance and an active lifestyle, she developed an appreciation for health, wellness, and the importance of movement, inspiring her to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Selah is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at The University of Texas at San Antonio and plans to continue her education in physical therapy.

Outside of school, Selah trains in aerial arts and performs as a member of a pre-professional aerial company. She enjoys giving back to the San Antonio community by volunteering in local aerial performances.

When she’s not studying or training, Selah enjoys hiking, traveling, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. She looks forward to helping patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
